Mr. Borg is the Designated Broker for Borg Property Services, LLC. He is a native Arizonan who graduated from the University of Arizona in 1982. He holds the prestigious Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation. He is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Mr. Borg brings over 40 years of retail, office, and industrial property management and leasing experience. Before going on his own, he worked for Opus West, RREEF, CBS Property Services and Pacific Southwest Mortgage. He is well connected in both the brokerage and property management communities in Arizona and has managed and leased over 25 million square feet of commercial real estate throughout Arizona and the Southwestern United States.
As co-founder of Borg Property Services, Mrs. Borg has over 17 years of property management experience. She is proficient in BPS' property management accounting software, AppFolio, and takes customer services to new heights in this industry. She has successfully managed the Stonecreek Homeowners Association, a 558 single-family home community with several large amenities and parks for 17 years before handing over management to Brian Borg. Mrs. Borg now focuses on property accounting for the company. Mrs. Borg is a seventh generation Arizonan and attended the University of Arizona in the early 1980's.
Mr. Borg has been with the company since 2007, taking a more active roll in property management in 2009. Mr. Borg learned commercial management during the economic recession in the early 2010's, a crash course that enabled him to gain significant experience in a very short period of time. Mr. Borg now has over 20 years of management experience, having handled commercial, HOA, industrial, medical and more. This includes Stonecreek HOA, a property the company has maintained for over 30 years which is almost unheard of in HOA management. In 2025, Mr. Borg obtained a real estate broker's license in the state of Arizona and helps to run the BPS Mesa office, overseeing and aiding multiple property managers while also looking after a portfolio of properties. Mr. Borg is an eighth generation Arizonan and attended the University of Arizona in the late 2000's.
Mrs. Larsen joined Borg Property Services in 2022, immediately helping to oversee multiple commercial buildings in the company's profile. Since then, Mrs. Larsen has continued to grow as a capable property manager, overseeing multiple types of buildings, including HOAs, retail buildings, office buildings and more.
Ms. Murdock joined Borg Property Services in 2023 as a full time Property Accountant. Operating from the Oro Valley location, Ms. Murdock has been instrumental in aiding Mrs. Borg with property accounting for many of Borg Property Services' clients.
Mr. Peters joined Borg Property Services in March of 2020, an interesting time to learn commercial property management. Much like Brian Borg, this environment led to a crash course in commercial property management that Mr. Peters has capitalized on, gaining experience to manage buildings of many types effectively.
Mr. Watson join BPS as an assistant property accountant in 2022. He has helped oversee accounting books for multiple HOAs that the company handles, effectively looking after nearly 1000 different homeowner accounts across the portfolio.
Ms. Sanchez joined Borg Property Services in 2026, bringing over seven years of customer service experience in office settings as well as handling multiple real estate transactions each year. Ms. Sanchez bring new energy and capacity to the company enabling BPS managers to provide a continued high quality of service for our clients.
